VolleyballSeek agrees to provide access to the WEB SITE to you in accordance with the Terms of Use. In consideration therefor, you shall:

1. use the WEB SITE in the manner consistent with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations in the jurisdictions in which you access the WEB SITE and in the jurisdiction in which the WEB SITE is hosted;

6. regularly review the Terms of Use and ensure that all individuals authorized to use the WEB SITE including the Services, by you, are informed of modifications or changes to the Terms of Use;
7. ensure that all information and data entered on the WEB SITE is legitimate and correct, promptly update address and contact information, respond to requests and/or messages from other Services members in a timely manner, and review notices sent by VolleyballSeek in a timely manner and respond in a reasonable fashion;

You agree that you shall not submit anything to the WEB SITE that will violate any right of any third party including copyright, trademark, patent, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights. You acknowledge and accept that VolleyballSeek is unable to guarantee the integrity of communications over the Internet and therefore you waive any claim against VolleyballSeek resulting from a third party interception of or interference with any communications with or from the Services or the WEB SITE.

While VolleyballSeek appreciates your interest in its success, VolleyballSeek does not want and cannot accept any ideas that you consider to be proprietary regarding designs, product or service technology or other suggestions you may have developed. As a result, any material that you submit to this WEB SITE will be deemed to be a grant of a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to license, use, reproduce, modify, display, transmit, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and create derivative works from such materials and information in any medium now or hereafter devised, in that material to VolleyballSeek. VolleyballSeek asks that parents supervise their children while on-line. No information shall be posted by minor children without parental consent and minors are not eligible to be Services members. If VolleyballSeek becomes aware of a minor having registered for Services membership, VolleyballSeek shall in its sole discretion terminate the membership immediately.

10. Exchange of Information.

To the extent that the WEB SITE provides you an opportunity to post and exchange information, ideas and opinions, BE ADVISED THAT VOLLEYBALLSEEK DOES NOT SCREEN, EDIT OR REVIEW POSTINGS PRIOR TO THEIR APPEARANCE ON THIS WEB SITE, and such information does not necessarily reflect VolleyballSeek's views.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, VolleyballSeek excludes all responsibility and liability for any such information or for any losses or expenses resulting from the use and/or appearance on this WEB SITE. In addition, VolleyballSeek reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor all materials posted on this WEB SITE and to remove any which it considers in its sole discretion to be offensive or otherwise in breach of the Terms of Use.

VolleyballSeek in its sole discretion, may terminate, cancel, suspend, limit, discontinue, amend and/or deactivate, either temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the Services or of any services provided on this WEB SITE to any or all of its members.

The Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, notwithstanding any principals of conflicts of law. The Terms of Use contain the entire agreement and understanding between VolleyballSeek with respect to its WEB SITE and you. VolleyballSeek may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating them without notification to you. Should any part of the Terms of Use be declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, this shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion and such remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid portion of the Terms of Use had been eliminated.
